Description
NOTE: Chain breakers are desgined to push the link pin and rivet master links. They still require a grinder, hack saw or file to remove the peened end of a rivet pin before pushing it out of the chain. Without removing the peened end you risk bending a tip or binding the chain.
This kit can shorten chains and also rivet them together.
Compatible with both cam and drive chains from #35 to #630, the Whites Chain Breaker and Riveting Kit is an ideal addition for any workshop or garage. The kit can break your old chain for removal and rivet the new one, giving a more secure connection over clip links. Can be used on Heavy Duty, O-Ring, X-Ring and U-Ring chains.
