- Forged from a single blank, grain flow is improved to enhance the mechanical characteristics of the valve without having to resort to welding
- Compatible with OEM components
- Induction hardened valve stem tip
- Precision machined valve head and seat surfaces
- Special PVD, CVD processes leave a (Chromium Nitride Coating) CrN coating that provides high micro-hardness and low friction surfaces for reduced heat generation and carbon build-up
- The titanium is coated to an ultra-smooth surface while reaching hardness levels 5x that of high speed steel
- The goal is to provide a valve that will endure the harshest racing conditions
