RMSTATOR renowned MOSFET voltage regulation design

Significantly decreases internal operating temperature with highly efficient MOSFET transistor regulation circuit. This technology runs much cooler than the OEM silicon rectifier regulation circuit and requires much less power to operate.

WARNING: This product is suitable for certain 2016-2017 models whose regulator connects directly to the main harness of the vehicle without conversion harness. If you own 2016 RZR 1000 or any other RZR from a year prior to 2016, you must use a conversion harness to install this regulator. 

Please Note: There were 2 different regulators used on 2017-2018 Polaris Sportsman 570 models. Please compare your original to our pictures. Our RM30421 regulator will ONLY replace an original that looks EXACTLY the same. The other possible regulator is RMS020-100174.

NOTE: Battery condition is extremely important. No voltage regulator can work correctly with a bad or weak battery. Always fully charge your battery before performing any charging system tests or replacing parts. If there is any doubt, have the battery load tested or replaced.

1. All electrical components must be fitted by a qualified technician.
2. Before fitting electrical components ensure the root cause of the original failure has been addressed.
