Hot Cams Valve Intake Titanium

Crafted from military-spec certified TI3Al titanium alloy, Hot Cams Titanium Valves are made to endure the harshest racing conditions. Forged from a single blank, grain flow is improved to enhance the mechanical characteristics of the valve without having to resort to welding. Special PVD, CVD, and CrN coatings are used to provide low-friction surfaces that reduce heat generation and resist carbon build-up; coatings allow alloys like titanium to become ultra-smooth while reaching hardness levels 5x that of high-speed steel.
