Every Motorex air filter consists of two layers of foam with different porosity, welded to form a mould.

The cells of the outer layer act as a pre-filter and keep out coarse dirt, while the fine-pored inner cell layer traps the finer dirt particles.

The extra-wide and breathable foam seal ensures maximum contact surface to the air filter box ensuring no unfiltered air passes through the intake tract, even under the toughest riding conditions.

Their unique shape maximises the volume of air around the filter and boosts the pressure at the intake tract, but are much slower to clog than conventional filters.
